Where do you deliver?

We are based in Dubai and deliver across East Africa — Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania (your default market is Uganda). Delivery cost and timing depend on your town and courier; we'll confirm both on WhatsApp once you place your order.

If your gift arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, message us within 7 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund. Bespoke, made-to-order packages are produced to your brief, so those are only refundable if the fault is on our side.

There's nothing to pay when you place your order. We confirm the details with you on WhatsApp, then a 50% advance payment confirms your order and we get started — the balance is settled before delivery. We'll share payment details on chat.
